SESSION RATES

• Individuals (50 min) :  $250/session

• Brainspotting or EMDR (60- 75 Min): $300-$350

• Family Sessions (50 min): $300/session​

• Yes I do have a sliding scale! Please inquire as it is an essential business practice of mine to make sure therapy is accessible. Spots are limited and reserved for individuals who exhibit financial need. 
  
  

• Individual psychotherapy sessions are typically 50-minutes long, however, longer sessions may be requested and will be prorated.

• To cancel an appointment, please let me know 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge of the full session fee. Exceptions are made for emergencies. 

• I use the HIPAA compliant payment app Ivy Pay to process payments. Venmo & Paypal are additional alternatives when Ivy Pay is not accessible.

• I currently accept the following insurances:

  California- Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey and Quest Behavioral Health

  Oregon - Aetna, Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, Carelon Behavioral Health, MODA, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey
