Perhaps in addition to therapy work, you are interested in having someone guide you through meditation or energy practices such as reiki. As an intuitive and spiritually inclined person, I have a tendency to always be paying attention to energy. My own energy, others/my clients, the collective and the way energy is stored and moves within and through the body. This shapes how effective I am as a therapist and a guide for you on your journey towards health. As a certified Reiki II practitioner, I also offer reiki sessions and/or guided meditation services.
What is Reiki?
Reiki [ Rei (Higher power) and Ki (life for energy)] is a Japanese energy healing technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing of various kinds. It is administered by laying hands upon the clothed body and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low or experiencing stagnation due to physical, emotional, or transgenerational trauma, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress. While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion.

Each individual Guided Mediation and Reiki session is 60 or 75 minutes long and can be done in person or remotely (online video or phone).
